Baby STEPS

Yesterday Vivian took a step a few times and then took 2 steps twice. It all happened unexpectedly and quickly that I didn't get a chance to catch it. So today my goal was to record her 'walking'. Well to my surprise she decided to take three steps today! She'll be ready to dance with Nonno Pete in about a week!

Our First Visitor

My mom was able to come the first couple of weekends in April as we were getting moved and settled into our new home. She was a big help! While she was here we went to the French Quarter Fest. What a great way to see the NOLA culture.

A Visit While We Wait

March 28th to April 5th we spent time in Miami waiting to move to NOLA. Here are a few highlights.

A day at the beach. A must if you're visiting Miami. Vivian didn't care much for the sand. She was very content on the towel under the umbrella.

Leaving Las Vegas

Well, we're off to a mini vacation in Miami with family as we wait on our furniture to arrive in New Orleans at our new home. Las Vegas treated us well. We met wonderful supportive people who we will never forget. Las Vegas was actually a great city to live in. I wish we could have spent a little more time enjoying all it has to offer. So here we go, Vivian is 8 months old and New Orleans will be the third city she lives in. Looking forward to our adventure.
